These fifteen acres are the result of a “cluster” or “open space” development, where house lots are smaller and positioned in a way to maximize open space and preserve nature and wildlife habitat. The new conservation land includes a seasonal stream and vernal pool, and hosts a diversity of tree species such as ironwood, beech, and yellow birch.
