Wayland Town Crier 6/15/16: Condition removed for proposed CVS in Wayland. The Planning Board last week voted unanimously to remove Condition 30 from its approval of the site plan to build a 14,000-square-foot CVS at 150 Main St., the location of the former Finnerty’s Restaurant at the intersection of Main and West Plain streets in Cochituate, because of a recent Appeals Court decision in the developer’s favor.
