Wayland Town Crier 6/8/16: Wayland firefighter graduates from academy. The 243rd class of the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy’s (MFA) 45-day Career Recruit Firefighting Training Program graduated on May 20. The ceremony took place at the Department of Fire Services in Stow. Wayland Fire Chief David Houghton was the guest speaker. Joshiah David, one of 24 graduates, is a member of the Wayland Fire Department.
