Wayland Patch 6/8/16: Health, Fire Department Install AED at Wayland Transfer Station. The Wayland Transfer Station just got a little safer. The town announced Tuesday that the Health Department and Fire Department worked together to get an automatic external defibrillator installed at the Wayland Transfer Station. The department used Public Health Emergency Preparedness funds to pay for the AED, according to a Facebook post.
