Wayland Town Crier 5/26/16: Wayland elementary school invited into state repair program. Loker Elementary School in Wayland is one of 43 schools invited into the Massachusetts School Building Authority’s (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Program. The goals of the program are to reduce energy use and generate cost savings for districts. The program provides funding for the repair or replacement of roofs, windows and boilers in schools that are otherwise structurally, functionally and educationally sound.
