Wayland Town Crier 5/19/16: Big tasks for new Wayland IT director. After a lengthy period of relying on consultants to plug potentially damaging holes in the town’s information technology (IT) systems, Wayland has hired a new IT director, Jorge Pazos, who comes to town after 15 years in a similar position in Melrose. Upon his introduction at a recent Board of Selectmen’s meeting, Pazos said he is excited to be in Wayland and eager to get started.
