The Carroll School recently acquired the property at 45 Waltham Rd, the most expensive residential property in the Town of Wayland, and has plans to use it for a school.
As a tax-exempt organization, this will reduce tax revenues in Wayland by approximately $160,000 per year.
The school intends to hold an informational meeting for invited abutters on Wednesday, May 4. They will be meeting in a public session with the Board of Selectmen in June.
