Wayland Patch 4/7/16: Piece of Salem Witch Trial History for Sale in Wayland. This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom, 5,580-square-foot home is actually the refurbished historical Noyes-Parris House, which played a role in the Salem with trials. The home has a lot of history and is the oldest dwelling in town, according to the Wayland History book, Wayland A-Z. It was once owned by Samuel Parris, whose daughter and other family members played major roles in the Salem witch trials.  According to IMBD the home was used as a filming location for the horror movie “The Inhabitants.”
