walk away homelessnessWayland Town Crier 4/7/16: Family Promise Metrowest takes steps toward ending homelessness. A step toward better housing. A step toward better employment opportunities. A step toward long-term sustainability. On Saturday, April 9, Family Promise Metrowest will hold its seventh annual “Walk Away Homelessness” at the Natick Common. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.; the 3-mile walk begins at 8:30 a.m. and will head up Route 27 to Natick High School, then back to the Common via Pond Street.
