Sudbury Valley Trustees’ Spring Awakenings Walk at Cowassock Woods

As our region welcomes spring, Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) is offering a Spring Awakenings Walk at Cowassock Woods in Framingham and Ashland, Sunday, April 10, 3:00 pm. This nature walk, led by Katy Allen of One Earth Collaborative, will include guided meditations and activities to heighten participants’ awareness of the seasonal changes happening in the natural world.
