To better organize this year’s memorial day parade the Public Ceremonies Committee is requesting that participants fill out and submit this application form: Memorial Day Parade Application.

If the form is not submitted, no one will be turned away.   The form may be filled out online and emailed to the email address on the form or printed and mailed to the address on the form.
