Wayland Patch 3/21/16: Wayland Cancer Survivor Snaps Amazing Photo on Sudbury River. Wayland resident Jothy Rosenberg lost his leg to cancer when he was only 16 years old but that hasn’t stopped him from biking across Massachusetts and paddling on the Sudbury River. Rosenberg is the founder of the Who Says I Can’t Foundation, which raises money to pay for equipment and coaching to help people participate in sports despite major injuries or illnesses.
