Town of Wayland 2/23/16: Process for Residents to Exclude their Property from Mosquito Control Spraying. Wayland residents who would like to exclude their property from mosquito control spraying next summer should send a certified letter to the Wayland Town Clerk by March 1, 2016. A copy of the 2016 Mosquito Exclusion Form is available online here. The letter should include your name, address, telephone numbers and the spray program for which the exclusion is requested. In addition, the boundaries of the property should be marked every 50 feet by paper plates, surveyors tape or other appropriate means. The type of markings should be stated in the certified letter.
