Presentation on Mainstone Farm Land Protection

belted_gallowaysMainstone Farm is the largest remaining piece of undeveloped, unprotected open space in Wayland and one of the few of its size in the region. Well known and loved by residents for its bucolic, rolling pastures and wooded hillsides, it has long been a priority for protection by the Town of Wayland and Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT). Learn more about this important local land protection project with Christa Collins, SVT Director of Land Protection, at a free community presentation, hosted by The Longfellow Club in Wayland. Thursday, February 25, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Zipzone at The Longfellow Club. Registration requested at www.svtweb.org/calendar. For more information on protecting Mainstone Farm, visit www.svtweb.org.

Sudbury Valley Trustees is a regional land trust conserving land and wildlife habitat in 36 communities surrounding the Concord, Assabet, and Sudbury Rivers.
