Wayland Town Crier 2/7/16: Retooling approach to River’s Edge proposal in Wayland. After a request for proposals (RFP) last fall failed to generate a single bidder to build and manage River’s Edge, the proposed 150- to 190-unit affordable and market-rate rental housing project on Rte. 20 near the Transfer Station, the River’s Edge Advisory Committee is retooling its approach and expects to issue a revised RFP in March.
