Wayland Patch 1/24/16: Man Allegedly Flees in Stolen Car, Hits Building and Tree. A man who allegedly fled in a stolen car, hitting a building and a tree, is facing charges that include OUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Christopher Parker, 33, Boston, is facing charges of receiving a stolen MV, OUI 4th offense, operating after suspension for OUI, leaving the scene of an accident (two counts), multiple drug possession charges, operating recklessly, and speeding. Parker reportedly fled the scene and with the assistance of Concord PD, Wayland PD, and the MA State Police he was later located walking in Wayland.
