Wayland residents to perform in intergenerational concerts

greater boston intergenerational chorus BWWayland Town Crier 1/15/16: Wayland residents to perform in intergenerational concerts. The Greater Boston Intergenerational Chorus, directed by Joanne Hammil, invites all to its winter concerts. Seventy-five singers from 25 area towns, including Claudia Heller and Karen Sylva, both of Wayland, will perform an array of music in many styles (multicultural, contemporary folk, jazz, classical, gospel and pop), from powerful to beautiful to humorous, in multi-part harmonies.

The concerts will take place on Tuesday, January 19 at 7pm and Saturday, January 23 at 4pm, at First Parish of Watertown, 35 Church St., behind Watertown Square. Suggested donation of $10 at the door.
