Wayland Town Crier 1/13/16: Wayland board refuses to remove condition from site plan. The Planning Board last week once again refused to remove Condition 30 from its 2013 site plan approval of a project to build a 15,000-square-foot CVS at 150 Main St., the site of the former Finnerty’s Restaurant. Condition 30 obliges the developer, 150 Main Street LLC, to obtain Land Court approval before they can change the status of Hammond Road, which is adjacent to the property.
