Location: West Plain Street Area

On Saturday, 06/27/15, numerous motor vehicle burglaries had been reported to Wayland Police. These burglaries occurred between approximately 1:30a.m. and 3:30a.m. Approximately 30 unlocked vehicles had been entered and several items stolen. During the course of the investigation, a male juvenile and female juvenile were identified as suspects. Criminal charges are now pending. Some stolen items have been recovered, but not identified by their owners. Police ask that anyone who had their vehicle entered over the weekend, who has not reported it, to contact Detective Chris Cohen at 508-358-4721.
