EM NARI Celebrates Excellence in the Remodeling Industry
The Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards recognizes the work of our region’s finest remodeling professionals. EM NARI members compete for awards across 20 categories. At the 2015 award ceremony, Tom Antonellis of Wayland and Norfolk won the EM NARI Customer Service Award. This award is given to the NARI remodeler who receives the best scores and comments as judged by clients. It symbolizes the importance of understanding and following through on a customer’s wants and needs. This is the second Service award Carpentry by Tom Antonellis has won in recent years.
