Wayland Town Crier 3/6/15: Wayland DPW facility ready by summer. Construction of the new Department of Public Works facility on River Road is moving ahead with only moderate delays, and the building will be ready for occupancy in the late spring or early summer, according to Douglas Goddard, chairman of the Permanent Municipal Buildings Committee, and KVA Associates, the town’s project manager.
