Wayland Town Crier 11/7/14: Planning Board to rebut letter from CVS developer. The Planning Board plans to meet Thursday at 7 a.m. to approve a rebuttal, prepared by Town Counsel Mark Lanza, to a letter from developer 150 Main Street LLC asserting that Condition No. 30 be removed from site plan approval of their proposal to build a CVS in Cochituate. The letter, signed by 150 Main partner Matthew Levy, contends the Planning Board missed required legal deadlines in responding to their appeal for removal of Condition No. 30, and therefore the developer’s request “shall be deemed approved.”
