Wayland Town Crier 10/11/14: ‘Building Bridges Bike Ride’ stops at Wayland temple. On a recent Sunday morning, a group of 25 cyclists rode 40 miles to support and raise awareness for three organizations working to promote peace and cross-cultural understanding in Israel. According to organizer Matt Liebman of Congregation Beth Elohim in Acton, the ride, dubbed the “Building Bridges Bike Ride,” kicked off at Congregation Beth Elohim, traveled over biking roads in Carlisle and Concord to Kerem Shalom, then through Sudbury and Wayland to Temple Shir Tikva, and finally returning four hours later to Congregation Beth Elohim.
