Wayland Town Crier 10/1/14: Wayland archaeologist to speak at Sudbury event. The Sudbury Historical Society will present a program to celebrate Massachusetts Archaeology Month, as well as Sudbury’s 375th anniversary, on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. at Sudbury Town Hall. The title of the program is “Sudbury Plantation Uncovered: Archaeological Evidence of the First Residents.” Presenter Tonya Largy of Wayland, a member of the Massachusetts Archaeological Society, is an archaeological consultant specializing in the analysis of plant and animal remains from archaeological sites.
