Frank of Wayland will become a new associate justice at Concord District Court if confirmed by the Governor’s Council, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Patricia G. Curtin. Frank was one of four judicial nominations announced by Gov. Deval Patrick on Friday.
