9th ANNUAL TOUCH A TRUCK
Sat., September 20 10am – 1pm at Wayland Middle School
Touch a Truck returns! Little kids and big kids enjoy a morning of fun behind the steering wheel of a big rig, front end loader, pick up truck, ambulance, fire engine, police cruiser, backhoe, & more. There will also be a dunk tank, moon bounce and other inflatables, food, entertainment, face painter, balloons. Look for details in our fall brochure mailed in mid August. Climb in and on town trucks while department employees explain the vehicles’ “bells and whistles.” Meet your friends and have fun.
Come see the DPW’s snazziest trucks – front end loader, backhoe, dump truck, 10-wheeler, John Deere tractor, Streetsweeper, and Fire engine, ambulance, police car, police motorcycle.

11am-1pm Balloon twisting with Vesna Longton
12pm-1pm Joe Carota, the Magician
10am-1pm Child ID program with New York Life – fingerprint, photo, ID card and CD
Moonbounce, caterpillar inflatables, inflatable slide and more! Face painting, children’s fingerprinting, balloons, food & drink concessions, local business tables.
