The secretary of state’s office has ordered the Wayland Public Schools to release executive session minutes pertaining to METCO Director Mabel Reid-Wallace or to clearly specify why the district is denying the request. The state ruling came in response to an April 8 Public Records Law request by The MetroWest Daily News.
