A Framingham woman said she will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court after the state’s highest court threw out her case against the Danforth Green developer and the town. The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on Wednesday denied Deborah Butler’s application for further appellate review, her third appeal in an effort to stop 180 apartments from going up on the Wayland town line.
