Wayland Town Crier 4/13/14: Wayland Town Meeting debate lingers on River’s Edge proposal. Articles related to moving ahead on the River’s Edge affordable and market-rate rental housing project near the landfill on Rte. 20 passed the third session of Town Meeting last week. Article 15, a bylaw change to establish a River’s Edge Housing Overlay Zoning District that needed a two-thirds majority to pass, gained approval from more than 300 of the 400 or so voters present.
