Wayland Town Crier 4/2/14: Wayland voters choose mainly familiar faces. Wayland voters mostly preferred to keep with the status quo in the Town Election on Tuesday, choosing only one new face for five contested seats. Incumbent Joseph Nolan (1,517 votes) and former Finance Committee Chairwoman Cherry Karlson (1,562 votes) took the two open three-year terms on the Board of Selectmen, over newcomers Bonnie Gossels (1,412) and Argiro Shapiro (1,051).
