Superintendent Paul Stein recently reported to the School Committee on steps he is taking to prepare for the reconfiguration of the town’s elementary schools this September. “As you all know, we’re in a limbo situation,” he said. The School Committee recommended the option by which all three elementary schools in Wayland will house classes for grades K to 5, but they cannot proceed until they know if they have the support of Town Meeting voters.
