Wayland Patch 1/23/14: New Tenant Signed for Wayland Town Center. Boston Sports Club has signed on as one of the latest tenants for Wayland Town Center. KGI Properties leasing agent Joseph Hernan confirmed the retail gym chain had signed a lease to occupy the largest current vacancy across from the medical office building at the site. The space will be turned over to the company in December, but Hernan could not provide a certain opening date.
