OARS Photo Contest:  Exhibit Opening and Reception. Join us to congratulate the winners on Wednesday, December 4 from 5 to 7 pm at ArtScape in the Wheelhouse (43 Bradford Street, West Concord). Ninety photos taken by 27 photographers from along the Assabet, Sudbury and Concord Rivers were submitted to OARS 2013 Photo Contest.  The winning photos will be on display from December 4 through January 8.  Details at www.oars3rivers.org or call 978-369-3956.
