Wayland Town Crier 11/20/13: Wayland resident objects to board decision night before TM. The Planning Board voted 3-1 last night to move the entrance of a new Department of Public Works facility from Route 20 to River Road.
The proposed $12.7 million DPW facility is the article under consideration at tonight’s special Town Meeting that has garnered the most attention, along with a proposal to purchase a $2.4 million conservation restriction using Community Preservation (CPA) funds for the Lincoln Road Fields.
