The Board of Selectmen will meet on Monday, November 18, 2013 in Wayland Town Building beginning at 6:30 pm in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room. The meeting will begin with an executive session.
At approximately 7:00 pm the Vice-Chair will review the meeting agenda for the viewing public and make announcements. A meeting with School Committee representatives and the Finance Director to discuss MUNIS security will follow. Public comment will be then be offered.
At 7:20 p.m., the Selectmen and the Personnel Board will interview first MMA Consulting and then Municipal Resources for consulting services for the Town Administrator search. Following will be a discussion of the interviews and the possible selection of a consultant. At approximately 9:00 pm the Board will vote its position on STM articles; review Town departments capital requests for FY 15; and then discuss a response to the Sudbury Selectmen regarding the use of River Road for the DPW Facility. At approximately 10:00 pm the Board will review a letter from George Harris regarding an OML issue on an October 16th executive session.
At approximately 10:10 pm the Selectmen will review the consent calendar, review correspondence and listen to the report of the Acting Town Administrator. Selectmen’s reports and concerns will be discussed at approximately 10:30 pm. The meeting is planned to adjourn at 10:45 pm.
