Wayland Town Crier 10/4/13: Wayland selectmen work on job description for town administrator. In a joint meeting on Wednesday night, the Board of Selectmen and Personnel Board began the task of tweaking the town administrator’s job description, as they prepare to search for a replacement for Fred Turkington, who was abruptly fired on Aug. 26. Both boards began by agreeing the town’s bylaw and the job description had few, if any discrepancies.
