The following is the response of the Board of Selectmen to two Open Meeting Law complaints filed in response to the August 26, 2013 meeting at which Town Administrator Fred Turkington’s contract was terminated.

This response was read into the public record at the Board’s meeting on Monday, September 23 (online here starting at timestamp 1:35.58) and submitted to both the Attorney General and complainant (Kim Reichelt) on September 25.
