Firefighters Control Overnight Three-Alarm House Fire

NECN 9/15/13: ‘Storage issues’ cause problems at 3-alarm fire in Wayland, Mass. Firefighters and Health inspectors are not ready to call it hoarding just yet, but say they were clearly hampered at a Sunday morning fire in the town of Wayland, Mass. “Definitely, the amount of storage in the house contributed to the volume of fire that was in there,” said Wayland Deputy Fire Chief David Houghton. Firefighters were forced to strike three alarms because of a long driveway with trees blocking their access.
