Wayland Town Crier 8/8/13: Wayland committee continues work on River’s Edge proposal. After narrowly failing to gain the two-thirds majority to pass Town Meeting articles that would have allowed the 216-unit River’s Edge housing project near the landfill on Route 20, the Economic Development Committee (EDC) continues to evaluate locating the project on the River Road site envisaged for the new Department of Public Works facility and moving the DPW facility to Route 20.
