Wayland Patch 7/29/13: School Roof Project Hits Weather Snags, But Presses Forward. The early part of July proved an uncooperative time to start a roof project. Unfortunately, that was precisely when the replacement of the Wayland Middle School roof was scheduled to begin. Wayland Facilities Manager John Moynihan said the construction was scheduled to get underway on July 8, but that rainy week brought flood watches to the Boston area.
