Over a dozen landlords and business owners using the municipal wastewater system met last week at the Wayland Library to discuss the proposed repayment allocation of the new wastewater treatment plant at Town Center. According to Ralph Wegener, who owns the building housing Beautiful Nails and Wayland Cleaners with his wife Elaine, a recent chart shows Town Center developer Twenty Wayland’s share of the $5.6 million plant has decreased from 70 to 62 percent, with the other users picking up the rest.
