A Middlesex Superior Court judge earlier this summer overturned part of a ruling by the attorney general’s office in one of the AG’s first decisions upon becoming overseer of the state Open Meeting Law. Judge Kenneth W. Salinger wrote on May 30 that the Wayland Board of Selectmen should not have gone into executive session on July 8 and 26, 2010, to discuss Town Center developer Twenty Wayland’s lawsuit against the Wayland Historic District Commission (HDC).
