Wayland Town Crier 7/19/13: Neighbors complain of noise at Wayland Rod & Gun Club. Twenty-four neighbors of the Wayland Rod & Gun Club, located at 4 Meadow View Road, have filed a petition to stop the “excessive noise” from the facility, first filing it with the Board of Health, which decided it was a more appropriate matter for the Wayland Police to address. The petitioners state that Department of Environmental Protection regulations on noise pollution state that “exceeding the ambient noise level by more than 10 dB is in violation of its regulations on noise pollution.
