Wayland Patch 6/20/13: CVS-Only or CVS and Another Building? Both Site Plans Approved for Finnerty’s Site. The Wayland Planning Board Tuesday night unanimously approved the construction of a single building, a CVS, at the site of the former Finnerty’s restaurant at 150 Main St., in Cochituate. This site plan approval is in addition to an already approved two-building site plan that still requires some special permits to move forward.
