Wayland Patch 6/17/13: Board Plans to Address Finnerty’s Site Plan Approval Tuesday. The Wayland Planning Board will reopen a public hearing Tuesday related to site plan approval for a new CVS at 150 Main St., otherwise known as the Finnerty’s site. The site plan before the board proposes the demolition of the former Finnerty’s restaurant building and the construction of an 11,968-square-foot footprint CVS (there’s an additional 1,973 square foot mezzanine level proposed). The developers have said they believe the the site plan meets all of Wayland’s zoning bylaws and is therefore “by-right.”
