Wayland Town Crier 5/30/13: Wayland Planning Board continues work on new CVS. Still beset by size, setbacks and bylaw issues, the Planning Board couldn’t find the right prescription for approval of a CVS pharmacy on the site of the former Finnerty’s restaurant in Cochituate. In a meeting that started after 9pm on Tuesday and adjourned just before midnight, Planning Board members struggled to make corrections, clarify language, and adhere to legal recommendations by Town Counsel Mark Lanza to grant site plan approval with conditions. But public comments at the conclusion of the board’s deliberations convinced officials there is more work to be done.
