Wayland Patch 5/20/13: Wayland Athletic Director Headed West After This School Year. Wayland High/Wayland Middle Athletic Director Justice Smith will not return to his position for the 2013-14 school year, according to an announcement for Wayland High Principal Pat Tutwiler. Smith will head to the western United States where he plans to pursue collegiate athletic administration, Tutwiler said.
