Health and wellness matters to everyone. That’s why health care and community organizations in the MetroWest region are coming together to develop a new vision of how health and wellness programs can best serve area residents, and we want you to be part of that planning.
We are asking residents who live or work in the communities listed below to give us your feedback and suggestions about health services and issues in the region by completing a 10-15 minute survey by Friday, May 31, 2013.
