Wayland Town Crier 4/30/13: Framingham board gives green light to Danforth Green. In a historic vote Monday, the Planning Board OK’d plans for an ambitiious housing development off Old Connecticut Path that’s been in the pipeline since the 1980s. The board, in a 3-0 vote, gave Weston developer Roy MacDowell Jr. the go-ahead to build a creative mix of 353 apartments, condos and small homes on land near the Wayland town line.
