Wayland Town Crier 12/14/12:  Assisted living and memory care coming to Lee’s Farm site.  Northbridge Companies recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for Carriage House at Lee’s Farm, a 62-unit state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care community planned at 134 Boston Post Road in Wayland. Owned and operated by Northbridge Companies, the developers said Carriage House is designed specifically to fit into the landscape of Wayland and honor the farm’s history.
